Our Teaching Services
We offer completely customised study plans for each student.
Our tutors continuously support students in understanding course content, developing effective study habits, and practising regularly. We monitor their progress, provide study materials, consolidate previous knowledge, and collaborate with their school teachers when needed. Throughout the process, we communicate regular updates to parents on their child's progress.

Our Process
01. Initial Assessment
The first session allows the student to get to know the tutor and for the tutor to build a picture of the student's current level. This is established via a series of questions designed to identify potential gaps and weaknesses in all content they've covered in their subjects to date. This assessment helps us formulate a plan to help the student realise their maximum potential based on their current ability, motivation, interests and career aspirations.
02. Analysis & Plan
Following the first session, we will send you a short report detailing our analysis of the student's current ability and a plan to help them improve as efficiently as possible. This report will include an analysis of the student's current study habits - as ensuring a student is motivated to practice regularly is critical to success - and a plan to improve this in the long term. We'll discuss any specific topics that may require special attention, including assumed knowledge for their subject.
03. Ongoing Sessions
We confirm the schedule for future sessions and maintain regular communication with you.
04. Focused Learning
Moving forwards, your tutor will be constantly focused on ensuring the student is completely up to speed in terms of understanding their course content whilst developing and maintaining regular study habits. This involves some or all of the following:
-
Checking the student's school portal at the beginning of each session to monitor their current course progress and upcoming assessments.
-
Ensuring the student has a mechanism to revise and practice in their own time by providing as much study material as the student can handle, including exercises, worked examples, past papers, notes, textbook excerpts, etc.
-
Regularly backtracking to previously covered topics to ensure the student's understanding is not lost and the knowledge is consolidated into long-term memory.
-
In some instances, contacting the student's teacher to help identify weaknesses and plan accordingly
-
A constant focus on building a habit of solo study so that concepts and key techniques are consolidated into long term memory.
-
In the case of a student doing exceptionally well, we may decide to push ahead of their classwork to prepare them for challenging upcoming topics.
-
Providing regular updates to parents on the student's progress.
